Jeffrey Puglia, CFP®│Member of Financial Planners Association
Jeff has spent his entire career helping individuals with their financial planning needs since graduating from Susquehanna University in 1994 with a BS in Finance. He has experience working for several national broker dealers and a regional bank, and has since established his own firm, Black Diamond Financial Solutions, Inc. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner and has also earned the Wealth Management Specialist designation from Kaplan University. As well, he is a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst earned through the Institute for Divorce Financial Analysts.
Jeff works with non-profits, business owners, professionals, retirees and pre-retirees to develop comprehensive financial plans that include retirement and estate planning strategies, portfolio construction and risk management. Black Diamond Financial Solutions also incorporates Wealthvision Planning Software to facilitate viewing and updating of a personal client website. Wealthvision enables our firm to monitor all of a client’s assets and financial documents that they wish to share with our financial team on a daily basis.
Jeff currently resides in Milford, DE with his wife Andrea and two children, Laci and Roman. He is an avid baseball memorabilia collector. He is the Founder and President of Salute Our Soldiers, Inc., a non-profit organization whose mission is to provide relief for wounded soldiers and their families, as well as the support for the families of the troops stationed at the Dover Air Force Base, many of whom rotate into Afghanistan and the Middle East.

Cameron Fitzgerald, CRPC®
Cameron Fitzgerald joined Black Diamond Financial Solutions in May of 2013. He began his career in the financial industry with PNC Bank, where he built strong relationships and was awarded several awards and achievements, including the coveted Circle of Excellence.
Attention to detail, good listening skills, excellent service, and exceptional communication are common traits portrayed by Cameron when working with his clients. Working in a team atmosphere allows him to focus his time on his clients and their financial needs. Realizing that each client has unique finance needs, Cameron works with each individual to create effective and customized financial plans to address their goals.
A graduate of the University of Tennessee, Cameron received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance in 2005. Since then, he has added the credential of CRPC, Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor. He is currently studying to become a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, and anticipates earning the credentials during the year of 2017.
Born and raised in Sussex County, Delaware, Cameron currently resides in Lewes where he is a proud member of Camp Rehoboth. When not working, Cameron enjoys exercising and spending time with his friends and family.
Kenneth Reese, CFP®, EA, ChFC®
Ken is a Penn State graduate who enjoyed studies in law and finance. He originally planned to pursue a law degree after graduating with a BA in Political Science with a business minor, but decided pursuing a career as a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner incorporated his penchant for finance into his career path. He has been in wealth management in both a bank and boutique planning environment since his 2008 graduation. Ken is pursuing the ChFC® advanced financial planning designation which he plans to complete during 2015. In February of 2015 Ken received his Enrolled Agent designation from the IRS after successfully completing three exams which outlines his knowledge in individual taxation, corporate and partnership taxation and Circular 230 regulations.
Ken works with business owners, professionals, retirees and pre-retirees to develop tax centered financial planning strategies that incorporate cash flow analysis, portfolio management, and risk management into one symbiotic plan that is easy to understand and implement. Ken constantly seeks to further his education in financial planning to ensure he handles even the most complex of client needs with professionalism and accuracy. Recently, Ken transitioned to Black Diamond Financial Solutions because of the firm’s long-term vision which is centered on comprehensive planning and truly being a families trusted lifetime advisor. Ken appreciates that the planners at Black Diamond Financial Solutions aren’t looking for clients right now, rather they are looking for clients for life.
Ken currently resides in Lititz, PA with his fiancé Hilary and his dachshund Joe. He is a committed sports fan who enjoys any and all types of athletic competition. Ken is a founding father of Kappa Sigma fraternity at Penn State, and is currently working on developing ways to influence policy makers to better prepare incoming college students about the cost of education. Ken believes student loan debt is the number one problem for his generation, and is vehemently committed to being an agent of change for that cause.
