About Ariel
Behind the Scenes.
Ariel Quintanilla joined Black Diamond in early 2023, bringing customer-service and financial-industry experience from a previous career in retail banking. Before that, she worked in esthetics — a different industry, but one that taught her the same fundamentals: listen, anticipate, and follow through.
Ariel grew up in Lewes, Delaware, and currently lives in Milford with her husband, their two sons, and two dogs. Outside the office she enjoys thrifting, family get-togethers, and time spent with her boys.
