Samantha Nichols

Samantha Nichols joined the Black Diamond team after a career in social services, where she served Sussex County's developmental and intellectual disability community. Those years honed the kind of patient, listening-first approach she brings to client communications today.

Originally from Florida, Samantha moved to Delaware in 2007 and lives in Ocean View with her husband Bill. She's an animal rescue advocate with a particular soft spot for American Bulldogs, and spends time at home tending her succulent collection and feeding the local birds and squirrels from her front porch.
