Jeffrey Puglia

Jeffrey opened Black Diamond Financial Solutions in 2008 after years inside the national brokerages — where he saw firsthand the constraints of product contracts, the pressure of sales quotas, and the everyday client decisions that didn't get the attention they deserved. He wanted to do the work differently.

Over the past 18 years, he has built a team of credentialed advisors who share the belief that clients come first, and he requires every advisor at the firm to pursue advanced designations and continuing education throughout their career.

Jeffrey grew up in the Coal Region of Pennsylvania, where work ethic and treating people like family were the local standard. He worked a paper route as a kid and invested those earnings in the stock market. After graduating with honors from Susquehanna University with a Finance degree and interning at a major Wall Street firm, he landed his first job as a Financial Advisor at Dean Witter at age 22. Over the next two decades he earned the CFP®, AIF®, AEP®, and ChSNC® designations.

He lives in Greenwood, Delaware with his wife Andrea and their two children, Laci and Roman. He previously served as Treasurer of the Milford Museum, and was a board member of Trinity Academy in Pennsylvania, the Central Delaware Chamber of Commerce, Salute Our Soldiers, and the Southern DE Base Ball Club. Outside the office, he's a self-described baseball addict and memorabilia collector. He is currently building a baseball and softball academy in Lewes called Frozen Ropes Delaware.
