Erin Glass

Having joined Black Diamond in March 2026, Erin brings over 10 years of customer service experience to her role as Receptionist. Originally from Harford County, MD, Erin has called the Delaware area home for the past two years. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science from York College of Pennsylvania and loves connecting with people and helping them feel comfortable from the moment they walk in or call. She is dedicated to creating a welcoming experience for clients while keeping daily office operations running smoothly. If she can make someone's day a little easier, she considers that the best part of her job.

Outside of work, Erin enjoys spending time with her family, exploring local farmers markets, and cheering on her favorite football teams.
