About Jennifer
Behind the Scenes.
Jennifer Satchell oversees the operational excellence of Black Diamond. Her role is to make sure the work behind the scenes — scheduling, processes, client onboarding, internal systems — supports the advisor work happening in front of clients.
Jennifer joined the firm with an extensive background in financial planning. She holds the ChFC® and FPQP® designations. As Director of Operations, she advocates for continuous improvement and growth so every client interaction reflects the firm's commitment to service.
She lives with her husband and daughters, and outside of work spends time outdoors, tending her plants, and cooking out with her family.
